About Liana
I have been working with people, bodies, intimacy and human connection for many years.
And one thing I have learned is that the quality of a session has far less to do with following a particular technique than with the person you are with.
I bring maturity, curiosity, humour and a great deal of life experience into the room.
I am comfortable with bodies. I am comfortable with sexuality. I am comfortable with the things people sometimes find difficult to talk about — ageing, desire, vulnerability, pleasure, embarrassment, uncertainty and simply not knowing what you want.
You don’t need to impress me.
You don’t need to know anything about Tantra, conscious touch or bodywork before you arrive.
And you certainly don’t need to perform.
Why two hours?
Because I don’t like rushing bodies.
It takes time to arrive.
It takes time for the conversation in your head to become quieter, for the body to soften and for something more interesting to emerge.
A two-hour session gives us room for that.
There is time to talk. Time to settle. Time to explore. Time to notice what your body responds to. And importantly, there is time at the end to come back into the world without feeling as though someone is watching the clock.
Experience changes the way you touch
Over the years I have trained and worked in Sexological Bodywork, conscious sexuality, intimacy education and Bondassage — a modality I was instrumental in bringing to Australia.
Those experiences have given me an extensive understanding of touch.
But perhaps more importantly, they have taught me how to pay attention.
I notice the small things.
A change in breathing.
A body beginning to soften.
A moment of hesitation.
The difference between enduring something and genuinely enjoying it.
I don’t approach a session with an agenda for what you should experience.
I listen.
I adapt.
And I allow the session to unfold around the person who is actually in front of me.
Who tends to find me?
Often, the people who come to me aren’t looking for something mechanical.
They’re looking for depth.
They may be curious about their body or their capacity for pleasure. They may have spent years being responsible, busy or in their heads and want an experience where nothing is required of them.
Some are experienced.
Some are nervous.
Some simply know that they want something different.
All of that is welcome.
So, why spend two hours with me?
Because you want to be with someone who isn’t shocked, hurried or trying to prove anything.
Someone mature enough to understand that intimacy can be playful, profound, vulnerable, funny, surprising — and sometimes all of those things in the same afternoon.
I take my work seriously.
But I don’t believe we have to take ourselves seriously every minute we’re doing it.
After many years of working with people, I still find the human body fascinating. I still pay attention. And I still genuinely enjoy creating an experience that belongs entirely to the person in front of me.
For those two hours, there is nowhere else I need to be.
And there is nothing you need to be other than yourself.
